3 Days Maasai Mara Safari by Road

Your safari adventure begins with an early morning pick-up at 5:00 a.m. from your hotel,
residence, or preferred location in Nairobi. You will travel in a private 4x4 safari Land Cruiser
Jeep as you journey towards the world-famous Masai Mara National Reserve.
Along the way, enjoy scenic views of the Great Rift Valley escarpment, with a stop for breakfast
and collection of packed lunches. As you continue through Maasai land, you may spot local
herdsmen dressed in their colorful traditional shukas.
Arrival at the reserve is expected by mid-morning, followed by an extensive game drive through
the park until early evening. Your experienced driver-guide will share fascinating insights about
the landscape, wildlife, and ecosystem as you explore.
Feel free to let your guide know if there are particular animals, areas, or experiences you would
like to focus on during your safari.
Later in the evening, check in at your selected safari lodge or camp for dinner and relaxation
after an exciting first day in the wild.

Rise early to witness the breathtaking sunrise over the savannah and the awakening wildlife of
the Masai Mara. Today is dedicated to full-day game viewing with unlimited game drives across
the reserve’s expansive plains.

park’s famous big cats and other wildlife throughout the day.
If traveling between July and October, you may witness the spectacular Great Migration — one
