Expand allDay 1: Game drive at Tarangire National Park
Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by our professional driver-guide from Gensen Glen Safaris, who will assist you with your luggage and provide a brief safari orientation. Thereafter, your journey begins with a scenic drive to Tarangire National Park, renowned for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. This diverse and picturesque park offers excellent opportunities to encounter a wide range of wildlife, including lions, giraffes, zebras, and many other species, all set within a truly distinctive landscape.
For guests already staying in Arusha, your driver-guide will pick you up from your hotel after breakfast and proceed directly to Tarangire National Park for your first guided game drive. This marks the beginning of an exciting safari experience, filled with remarkable wildlife encounters and stunning photographic moments.
Day 2: Guided game drive at Ngorongoro Crater - the UNESCO World Heritage Site
After a delightful breakfast, you will be picked up from your lodge by your professional driver-guide and proceed towards the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Prepare for an unforgettable safari experience in the Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most unique wildlife destinations in the world.
Upon descending to the crater floor, you will explore this remarkable ecosystem, renowned for its high concentration of wildlife. The area is home to an impressive variety of species, including the Big Five lions, elephants, buffaloes, leopards, and the rare black rhino.
Surrounded by dramatic landscapes and natural beauty, the crater offers an exceptional game viewing experience where wildlife thrives within a pristine and self-contained environment, making it a truly essential highlight for any safari enthusiast.
Day 3: Game drive at Lake Manyara National Park & back to Arusha/Airport for flight
Embark on an exciting game drive through Lake Manyara National Park, where you’ll witness an incredible mix of wildlife and landscapes. Famous for its tree-climbing lions, the park also offers glimpses of elephants, giraffes, and buffaloes, along with vibrant birdlife around the lake. As you journey through lush forests and open savannas, this unforgettable safari delivers close encounters with nature in one of Tanzania's most scenic parks. After the game drive in many hours in the park you will drive back to Arusha/ Airport for flight back home or to other exciting destinations as per your schedules.
